- Coordinate internally with related departments to obtain up-to-date information regarding the company's current and future activities related to government regulations.
- Reporting on the company's obligations to comply with applicable provisions.
- Building and maintaining good relationships and coordinating with government staff in accordance with applicable procedures to maintain the smooth operation of the company.
- Collecting, seeking and obtaining information related to government laws and policies that will apply or will be issued in the future related to the company's business so that the company can take the necessary actions to implement them.
- Coordinating communication between related departments and government agencies, including providing assistance and providing explanations to government officials who are conducting inspections of the company.
- Establishing good cooperation with associations related to the company's business (IMA, APBI, KADIN, PERHAPI), NGOs, students and universities, etc. and obtaining the latest information related to the company's business from these associations.
- Handling social intervention together with related departments directed at the Company in relation to activities in the External Relations area in accordance with the Company's direction and regulation.
