To Assist the Health & Safety Operations Section Head in providing a service of guidance, surveillance, governance and day-to-day onsite management of the Emergency Management / Response Plan. Implementing emergency preparedness related programs, training, inspection, and audit in accordance with Adaro Management Standard and Indonesian Statutory QHSE requirements.

• Develop and Review Emergency Response Plan, Procedures, and Standards.
• Assist the HSE Operations Team and their Business Partners in implementing Health & Safety Policy, Standards, and Procedures on site.
• Develop & Implement the Emergency & Rescue Program.
• Set up and Develop skills for Voluntary Rescue Team.
• Maintain and ensure all emergency & rescue equipment, tools, and facilities are in a good condition.
• Conduct inspection & audit to ensure all emergency & rescue program implemented.
• Provide support & control in the closing out all corrective action plans.
• Ensure the QHSE Department training & competency are implemented.
• Manage & Ensure the Operational Safety (Keselamatan operasi / KO) management are implemented.
• Responsible to the Technical Mine Manager (Kepala Teknik Tambang) for the safety of all mine workers.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant majors.

• 3 Years of Experience in Emergency & Rescue Operations.

• Experienced in Safety & Health Management and Operational Safety.

• Have POP Certificate, AK3 Kebakaran Certificate, and Seach & Rescue Certification.

• Willing to work at remote area with roster 5 weeks : 2 weeks
