Job Responsibilites
    1. Managing and fulfilling employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
    2. Implementing employee development programs through internal/external training and assessments as needed and within approved budgets.
    3. Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
    4. Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
    5. Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as creating work documents, handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Disnaker in Bulungan North Kalimantan.
    6. Calculating employee medical reimbursement according to company regulations.
Job Requirement
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Psychology, Management, Law.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Staff in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.
    • Possess competency in Recruitment & Selection Management, Remuneration Management, Industrial Relation and HRIS.
    • Willingness to be placed at the Jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
