Manage and coordinate the company's financial and accounting operations, including supervision of the financial budget, company cash flow, book closing process on a monthly and annual basis in order to support the company's operations.

• Manage and coordinate financial and accounting operations activities of the company to ensure compliance with SOP Finance & Accounting and applicable tax regulations.
• Manage funds placement optimally and ensure the availability of funds for payment in order to support the smooth operation of the company.
• Reviewing and approving the transaction journal. Accounting journal is done correctly and in accordance with Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Reviewing the book closing process and calculating the Company's Income Tax accurately and on time every month.
• Coordinate in preparing a company budget together with each Department concerned so that the budget is arranged accurately and comprehensively.
• Supervise the comparison between the actual realization of company payments during the year with the agreed budget and analysis of its deviations
• Ensure operational-related documents are available accurately and comprehensively for tax audits and company financial reports by external auditors
• Ensure the company's annual financial report data (LKTP) is submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the deviation traffic report is submitted to BI accurately and on time.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
• Min 5 years total experience with 2-3 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor
• Strong competencies in Accounting Control. Financial Planning & Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management
• Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented. 
• Have a multitasking ability and able to work independently as well as in a team.
