Job Responsibilities
- Manage Trade Finance transactions, particularly LC, SKBDN, Bank Guarantee, and Documentary Collection, including issuance, amendment, document checking, and settlement.
- Manage daily treasury and cash management activities, including cash positioning, payment processing, fund transfers, and liquidity monitoring.
- Manage and monitor banking facilities and credit lines, ensuring appropriate utilization and availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and coordinate on banking transactions, facilities, documentation, pricing, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, daily cash positions, and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor bank charges, interest, FX transactions, and other banking costs to support effective cash and banking cost management.
- Perform bank and trade finance reconciliation, reporting, documentation, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management, or Banking Operations.
- Hands-on experience handling LC and/or SKBDN is required.
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, cash management, banking facilities, and bank operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, import/export, or similar industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/finance systems.
