Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the on-site construction and maintenance of hauling infrastructure, ensuring all field execution strictly aligns with established schedules, designs, and budgets.
- Directing field crews to execute preventive maintenance schedules to guaranteeing that all completed infrastructure optimally supports coal mobilization.
- Conduct periodic KPL (settling pond) operations, including mud draining and disposal, to minimize operational downtime and company losses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimal 3 years relevant experience
- Strong expertise in maintenance planning, field execution, and KPL (settling pond) operations.
- Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification and strong K3LH awareness.
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
