Job Responsibilities
- Drive company-wide management and quality improvement initiatives through effective planning and PDCA methodologies.
- Manage the Calendar of Events (CoE) for the Board of Directors and directorates, preparing comprehensive KPI presentations, and facilitating Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to monitor implementation progress.
- Serve as a key representative of the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure the robust execution of the HSE process cycle across operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Information System.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
- Having knowledge about mining activities.
- Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.
