Job Responsibilities

  • Implement maintenance activities for office buildings (electrical and civil), company housing, company vehicles, and other GA assets, and provide office and workstation facilities in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Provide employees with uniforms, groceries, and stationery effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Record the condition of GA assets (office equipment, vehicles, and other GA assets) to ensure that their condition is properly monitored and documented in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Conduct administrative processes and coordinate with relevant users and vendors regarding the implementation of office cleaning, security, outsourcing, pest control, catering, dormitory and accommodation, and transportation services to ensure that the quality of services is maintained in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and agreements.
  • Coordinate and provide services for company guests, including guest permits, guest supplies, and meeting room management, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare Purchase Requests (PRs) and supporting documents for GA activities, as well as process travel requests for Site office employees.
  • Implement K3LH regulations, procedures, work instructions, and applicable management systems within the HRGA-IT Department to support the achievement of Zero Accidents, Zero Environmental Pollution, and operational targets.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in any major, preferably in Civil Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 2–3 years of experience in a General Affairs function are also preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience in budget and cost planning, visual design, and data management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willing to be based in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan, on a non-roster basis.
