Job Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities by gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into functional specifications for ERP initiatives.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure ERP solutions support operational efficiency and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to support ERP implementation, configuration, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Lead system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change requests to ensure successful ERP implementation and delivery.
- Develop user documentation, conduct end-user training, and support change management initiatives to drive effective ERP adoption.
- Mentor Business Analysts, monitor ERP system performance, and recommend continuous improvements to business processes and system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's Degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP Business Analysis, ERP Solution Delivery, or Business Process Management.
- Solid experience in business analysis, including business requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specification development, solution validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process optimization, system integration, change management, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation, system enhancement, or digital transformation projects, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, mining, or other industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
