Job Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and control project progress concerning cost, quality, schedule, and overall project performance in accordance with company objectives.
- Develop project proposals, schedules, progress tracking systems, monitoring dashboards, and regular performance reports for executive management.
- Conduct project variance analysis, identify risks, and propose corrective action and mitigation plans to address potential project delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, site project teams, vendors, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution control.
- Manage project control administration, project documentation, cost forecasting, and KPI achievement evaluations to support management decision-making.
Control, monitor, and evaluate company project execution across progress, cost, schedule, risk, and overall project performance to ensure alignment with corporate targets and enable effective management decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Project Commercial.
- Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, negotiation & influencing; communication & stakeholder management; and problem solving & decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in Contract Management, Project Commercial & Cost Control, Commercial Negotiation & Claim Management, Procurement & Vendor Management, and Commercial Reporting & Financial Analysis.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Contract Management is preferred.
- Certified Cost Professional CCP certifications is an advantage.
- Based in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, non-roster work schedule.
