Job Responsibilities
- Lead project execution across all phases, including project planning, budgeting (financial modeling and feasibility studies), project proposals, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and project closing in accordance with company objectives.
- Liaise with internal business units, group affiliates, and external parties to define project scope and secure all necessary permits and regulatory compliance required for project implementation.
- Safeguard project execution across key deliverables—Cost, Quality, Schedule, HSE, and Compliance—through effective project control mechanisms.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, main contractors, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to drive efficient project progress.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and operational issues. Ensure prompt implementation of corrective actions and preventive mitigation plans.
- Oversee and control the central project document database, maintaining accuracy and compliance from initial planning through final handover.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, budget tracking analyses, and performance evaluations. Deliver strategic recommendations to senior management for process improvements.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of company projects—from planning, execution control, and progress monitoring through to project completion. This role ensures all projects strictly align with cost, quality, schedule, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and corporate governance targets while driving the successful delivery of the company’s strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Civil, Electrical, Industry Engineering and Managemet with at least 8 years of experience in Project Management or 3 years as a Project Leader.
- Proven capabilities in Leadership, Strategic & Analytical Thinking, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Decision Making & Problem Solving, as well as Planning & Organizing
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management, Project Planning, Scheduling & Project Control, Project Cost Management & Financial Feasibility Analysis, and Project Risk Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), BNSP Project Manager, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), or ISO 31000 Risk Management certification is required.
- Based in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, non-roster work schedule.
