Job Responsibilities
- Develop operational work plans and asset management strategies, ensuring their implementation aligns with company objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of office buildings, including facility management, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, utilities, and tenant services.
- Identify, address, and resolve issues related to building facilities, including maintenance, safety, and other operational matters.
- Coordinate with tenants, internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, facility management teams, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.
- Monitor and evaluate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure building assets are maintained in optimal condition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building operations, property management, facility management, or asset operations.
- Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of building operations, facility management, MEP systems, building maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Certification in Facility Management, MEP/HVAC, Fire Safety, or a relevant BNSP certification in Building Management will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel and conduct site visits to operational areas in Jakarta and outside Jakarta (Batang, Central Java).
