Civil & Infrastructure Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

    Responsible for managing and supervising civil and infrastructure works throughout the project lifecycle (engineering, construction, and closeout) to ensure compliance with design, technical specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and project milestones.

    1. Engineering Design & Review: Proficient in designing and reviewing Geotechnical Investigation, Land Preparation, as well as concrete and structural works
    2. Costing & Calculation: Skilled in preparing and monitoring Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Estimation (RAB)
    3. Construction & Standards: Solid understanding of construction methods, quality control, applicable SNI and international standards, as well as relevant industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Civil Engineering  with minimum 3 years  of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of project control systems and project management principles.
  • Proficient in engineering software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as K3 Konstruksi, Technical Engineering Competency, or Project Management are an added advantage.
  • Based in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, non-roster work schedule.
