Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and ensure that pumping activities are carried out according to the established plan
- Achieve zero incidents in pumping operations and maintain an 80% compliance rate with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP)
- Meet 100% of the production target for each pump by applying correct and proper operational procedures
- Ensure effective supervision and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in mining industries
- Certified as a POM/Pengawas Operasional Madya
- Strong Leadership capabilities
- Able to work in or around water
- Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
