Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and ensure that pumping activities are carried out according to the established plan.
- Achieve zero incidents in pumping operations and maintain compliance rate with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP).
- Meet the production target for each pump by applying correct and proper operational procedures.
- Ensure effective supervision and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in mining industries.
- Certified as a POP/Pengawas Operasional Pertama.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Able to work in or around the water.
- Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
