Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT infrastructure, including networks, on-premises and cloud servers, storage, and security systems.
- Define and monitor IT service performance using SLOs, SLIs, and key metrics (incident, availability, user satisfaction).
- Oversee network, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Manage major incidents, changes, and disaster recovery processes effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align IT services with business needs and strategic goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT infrastructure, operations, network, ideally at a Section Head/team leadership / managerial level in an enterprise environment.
- Strong skill in leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL-aligned practices, including SLA/SLO management, incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity planning.
- Solid experience in security governance, compliance, risk management, and control design, with the ability to translate security requirements into operational standards and measurable outcomes.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
