Shipping & Barging Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate daily reporting data and shipping performance metrics.
  • Input shipping data into the Armada application for Adaro Logistics reporting.
  • Prepare barge pre-loading and complete loading documentation.
  • Prepare vessel pre-loading and complete loading documentation.
  • Review and monitor billing minutes of handover (BAST) and shipping documents.
  • Plan and create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipts (GR) via SAP.
  • Design and draft Term Sheets for shipping services.
  • Perform shipping sales reporting and reconciliation via SAP. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (with a strong preference for Excel).
  • Proven experience working with SAP.
  • Deep understanding of port operations and customs procedures.
  • Knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) administration management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the IMSBC CODE, INCOTERMS, and other maritime shipping regulations.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra.
