Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales and revenue collection processes are executed in compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform the monthly closing process (e.g., recording accruals, fixed assets, inventory, production costs, royalties, etc.) to ensure accurate financial data for financial reporting.
- Monitor company receivable levels and ensure collections align with the terms and conditions stated in the sales agreements.
- Provide monthly analysis reports to management regarding financial performance, including budget-to-actual comparisons and variance explanations.
- Ensure all external reporting is accurate and submitted within their respective deadlines.
- Assist in preparing and providing relevant financial data for auditing purposes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same or a relevant position (experience in mining audit is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of the tax system (hold minimum Tax Brevet A & B certification).
- Strong proficiency in General Accounting, Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management, and Financial Analysis.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
