Job Responsibilities
- Manage social mapping data within project areas to support smooth and sustainable company operations.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with local communities, community leaders, and village representatives to foster harmonious relations between the community and the company.
- Manage administrative documentation related to permits and licenses to ensure smooth project execution.
- Receive, monitor, and address feedback, concerns, and complaints from various stakeholders, including communities and NGOs.
- Implement social campaigns and community engagement programs in operational areas to increase social awareness and community involvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Social Sciences, Management or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related positions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good competencies in Public Relation and Community Awareness.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
