Job Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate short, medium, and long-term mine sequences/designs to ensure production targets and geotechnical safety are achieved.
- Lead, monitor, and take full responsibility for the execution of the Killi Diversion strategic project in accordance with safety standards, engineering practices, and environmental compliance (AMDAL).
- Prepare the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) and control all mine operational supporting infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate, supervise, and approve contractor deliverables.
- Coordinate mine planning and project progress with relevant departments to maintain coal quality and smooth supply to the port.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related position.
- Possess POM or POU certification.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
