Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of registered fleets with proper commissioning status, including compliance with required standards, routes, and hauling capacities.
- Monitor and prepare reports on vendor performance, logistics costs, and transportation realization progress for management review.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process in a transparent, accountable, and compliant manner according to company procedures.
- Analyze non-conformities and potential risks in the Coal Transport Procurement process, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all procurement and logistics distribution activities comply with HSE standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement-related roles.
- Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, and HSE practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
