Job Responsibilities
Represent the company on-site by supervising and controlling jetty construction projects executed by consultants and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in jetty, port, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction supervision, project management, and contractor management.
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Having "Ahli Madya Manajemen Konstruksi"/ "Ahli Madya Teknik Mekanikal" certification is preferred.
- Willing to be based at project sites as required (South Kalimantan & Central Kalimantan).
