Job Responsibilities
- Establish blueprint, capacity planning and continuity of storage, network, cloud, and IT services (email, Microsoft 365, SAP, etc.).
- Ensure IT services meet SLA requirements (incident response, request fulfillment, availability, and performance) and maintain user satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee security standards, policies, and risk management procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure continuous threat monitoring and data protection for both holding and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure IT operational costs are optimized and utilized effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience related in IT operation and cybersecurity. Mining industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong skill in leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
- Good competencies in IT Service Management, Security & Compliance, Cloud Architecture & Operations, and Network Architecture & Infra Operations.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
