Job Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and oversee the operational and payroll activities of the Crewing Department to ensure smooth vessel operations, effective crew management, and compliance with company policies, maritime regulations, and applicable labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Nautical Science or Port and Shipping Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crewing, vessel management, port operations, or the offshore support and tug industry.
- Strong knowledge of marine operations, vessel management, crew administration, and maritime HR practices.
- Proficient in ISM Code implementation, internal audits, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Willing to be based in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
