Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment through the implementation of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (K3LH), including ensuring compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the implementation of 5R, P5M, and safety talks.
- Supervise and operate several pumping areas according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and properly safeguard company assets located in the work area units.
- Achieve production targets, ensure the availability of supporting equipment, and review existing pumping plans.
- Coordinate with customers, particularly regarding field operations.
- Review and mitigate pumping issues to achieve production according to plan for a measurable and optimal pumping scheme.
- Prepare reports and administer production activities.
- Coach, manage, and develop the capabilities of team members.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in pumping industries.
- Certified as a POP/Pengawas Operasional Pertama.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Able to work in or around water.
- Willing to be placed in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan.
