Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing employee attendance records and support payroll administration, including overtime calculations.
    • Support the preparation of periodic HR reports and data analysis.
    • Coordinate employee asset administration (e.g., laptops), including tracking and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes.
    • Support recruitment processes to fulfil manpower requirements.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives at site.
    • Ensure HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
    • Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and site management.

Job Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or organizational experience in HR is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
    • Familiarity with payroll administration and overtime calculations is an advantage.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
    • Willing to be based in Tanjung, South Kalimantan.
