Job Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of buried pipelines to detect any subsidence, surface leaks, or activities by third parties that could damage the pipeline.
- Managing the valve system and air release valves, ensuring stable flow pressure.
- Carrying out emergency repairs on HDPE pipes using mechanical connection methods with flanges and clamps.
- Conducting hydrostatic pressure tests after repairs to ensure the strength of the resulting connections.
- Managing the stock of piping materials (such as clamp saddles, pipe glue, flanges, and gaskets) and maintaining work equipment (repair clamps, pipe wrenches, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma III, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Certified of competency or training in HDPE pipe connection.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
