Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to organize and ensure that pumping activities are conducted according to plan.
- Achieving target of Zero Incidents, Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) compliance rate, the production target for each pump.
- Applying correct and proper operational procedures and ensuring effective supervision and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in mining industries.
- Certified as a POM/Pengawas Operasional Madya.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Able to work in or around water.
- Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
