Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities to ensure production targets and product quality standards are achieved in line with established plans.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end limestone powder processing operations.
- Monitor material handling and transportation processes—both raw materials and finished goods—in compliance with procedures to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Prepare structured and periodic production reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze operational findings and issues, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inspections covering technical operations and environmental compliance, and report findings to relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
- Ensure all operational facilities and infrastructure are maintained in optimal condition to support efficient production activities.
- Coordinate and supervise the loading and delivery of limestone powder to customers, ensuring quantities align with agreed specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Powder Plant Supervisor or within the mineral mining industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and on-site contractors.
