Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) functions to support the company’s operational stability
- Ensure the accuracy in determining, fulfilling, and deploying security personnel within the jobsite environment
- Manage the implementation of community development programs in accordance with the established plans
- Coordinate and colaborate with relevant internal and external parties to create mutually beneficial relationships
- Build and maintain good relation with community to ensure no issues arise that could disrupt site operational stability
- Ensure the availability of reports related to External Relations, Community Development (ComDev), and Security
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Communication, Social Sciences
- Minimum 6 years experience in related position
- Understand the laws and regulations related to mining permits
- Understand the planning of CSR programs related to the government, the surrounding community
- Good teamwork, interpersonal relation, and conflict management
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
