• Follow Chinese technical leads during the commissioning phase.
• Master the specific operational parameters of the new smelter.
• Translate technical concepts into practical training for Indonesian technicians.
• Make sure aluminium production is fulfilled

• Bachelor degree + 5 Years experience in minerals processing industry.
• You are not afraid to ask questions and learn new systems from scratch.
• You can simplify complex engineering terms for operational staff.
• You are comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment (Indonesian & Chinese).
• Ability to understand/speak mandarin would be a plus point
• You willing to be placed in North Kalimantan with roster.
