Job Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly production schedules based on management targets and resource availability (manpower, machinery, and raw materials).
- Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Analyze material needs for the production process and generate purchase requisitions to the procurement team in a timely manner.
- Track daily production output against the plan and identify the root causes of any delays or deviations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure data accuracy between physical stock and the system (ERP/SAP).
- Evaluate production lead times and inventory turnover to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, or Production Planning (preferably in the Smelter, Mining, or Manufacturing industry).
- Proficient in using ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and inventory forecasting.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles (FIFO, LIFO, Safety Stock).
