Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee Preventive, Corrective, and Overhaul maintenance schedules for heavy units (Excavators, Dozers, Dump Trucks, etc.).
- Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic, and transmission systems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with manufacturer manuals and Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) technical standards.
- Maintain a zero-accident culture by enforcing strict K3LH (HSE) protocols during all repair activities.
- Analyze and report on Physical Availability (PA) and Mechanical Availability (MA) of the fleet.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must possess a valid Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) Certification (Non-negotiable).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Heavy Equipment maintenance (Excavators, Dozers, etc.).
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading Service Manuals, Parts Books, and Shop Manuals.
