Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper implementation and documentation of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System within the company.
- Communicate and socialize HSE policies, procedures, and documentation to employees and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination related to HSE matters with both internal and external parties.
- Conduct HSE inspections, safety training, and other safety-related activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HSE practices by contractors, particularly in construction activities, to ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction, mining, or related industries.
- Understand environmental compliance aspects, ANDAL documents, and regulations related to environmental management.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, environmental compliance, and occupational safety management systems.
- Experience in incident investigation, safety inspections, and HSE monitoring activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to follow up and ensure the completion of HSE findings or action items.
- Possess General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certification (Ahli K3 Umum).
- Certification in Industrial Hygiene / HIMU will be an advantage.
- Willing to be place in South Kalimantan.
