Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements, and translate them into clear system specifications for new application development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Design system functional flows, data flows, and application integrations while ensuring alignment with the company’s established system architecture.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA teams, users, and external vendors throughout system development, testing, implementation, and change processes.
- Review and validate solution designs to ensure compliance with IT Governance, information security standards, and internal company procedures.
- Monitor application performance, stability, and usability; conduct regular evaluations and propose recommendations for continuous system improvement.
- Act as a technical advisor to operational teams and users by providing guidance on effective system usage and functionality.
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing system documentation, data, and technical explanations related to application management.
- Perform impact analysis prior to system changes to ensure minimal disruption to business processes and application integrations.
- Develop and maintain system analysis standards, documentation templates, and guidelines to improve consistency and quality.
- Conduct technology and solution assessments to ensure alignment with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
- Oversee application change management activities, ensuring all changes follow proper approval, testing, and verification procedures.
- Build and maintain a system knowledge base or technical references to support operations and accelerate incident resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience 1-3 years as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Analyst is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background and extensive organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of IT governance, information security, and audit requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
