Job Responsibilities
- Procure, develop, configure, and customize IT systems and applications to support the company’s operational and business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions, including system enhancements and process improvements.
- Communicate IT processes, methodologies, system updates, and analysis results clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects within the company’s work environment in line with the approved business plan.
- Implement standardized IT processes, controls, and best practices to ensure systems, software, and networks operate consistently, securely, and reliably.
- Monitor system performance and network availability to ensure optimal uptime and service continuity.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively identify potential technical issues and take preventive actions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage and maintain communication systems, including email platforms, collaboration tools, and related applications.
- Ensure effective management of data backup, system recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to protect business continuity.
- Conduct regular system checks, testing, and documentation to support audit, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background and extensive organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with users and management.
