Job Responsibilities
- Identify digitalization needs across departments to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze existing business processes and translate them into appropriate technology solutions.
- Design and develop internal applications, process automation, dashboards, and reporting tools based on company requirements.
- Integrate data across systems, including ERP/SAP and other supporting platforms, and manage end-to-end data flow from operations to management reporting.
- Identify and implement AI usage opportunities for process automation, data analysis, and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and ongoing improvement of implemented solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Have a good knowledge of network, hardware, software, cloud architecture and database.
- Ability to maintain Data Integration, API.
- Eager to learn and coordinating with user, vendor, and IT teams to diagnose needs and resolve problems.
- Have a good communication and problem-solving skill.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.
