Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute routine maintenance and incidental repairs for building facilities (civil works), electrical systems (MEP), clean water systems (WTP/plumbing), and air conditioning (AC).
- Supervise contractors/vendors during renovation projects, new facility construction (with Technical Service Department team) to ensure technical specifications, budget, and deadlines.
- Ensure 24/7 operation of supporting utilities (electricity/generators, clean water, wastewater treatment) to ensure site and office facilities in good condition.
- Conduct periodic infrastructure asset inspections and report assets that require write-off or replacement.
- Source, technically evaluate, and monitor vendors or daily workers related to civil and mechanical works.
- Ensure all infrastructure installations comply with mining safety standards (e.g., electrical installations per PUIL standards, building evacuation routes, fire protection systems/APAR).
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Good competencies in building & facility management, construction & infrastructure renovation, report writing, and project management
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan (non-roster)
