Coordinate, monitor, and control the overall mine planning process and site operational performance to ensure alignment with production targets, master budget, and company standards. The role is responsible for ensuring integration between long-term, mid-term, and short-term plans, as well as evaluating production achievement, equipment productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with mine plan implementation by site operations.
