Job Responsibilities

    Design, control, and evaluate training and development programs for production supervisors and operations personnel using a data-driven and competency-based approach. This includes conducting training needs analysis, developing structured competency frameworks, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure alignment with competency standards, HR development strategies, and overall company performance objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Geology
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in training & development, production, or operational roles (preferably in mining, mining contractor or heavy industry)
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, organizational experience, and relevant internship exposure are welcome to apply
  • Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across functions
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required
