Job Responsibilities
- Monitor capital market developments and proactively assess issues that may impact the Company as a publicly listed entity, providing timely updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Company and capital market authorities, regulators, and the public (including OJK, IDX, and media) to ensure full compliance with applicable capital market regulations.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely dissemination of relevant information to all stakeholders—both internal and external—to maintain and enhance the Company’s corporate reputation.
- Assist in the execution of corporate actions, including the preparation and registration of prospectuses, circulars, and other required announcements.
- Support the Head of Corporate Secretary Division in organizing the General Meetings of Shareholders (Annual and Extraordinary), public exposes, and other corporate events to ensure smooth and compliant execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Law, Business, Economics, or related field. Master degree would be an advantage
- 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Good knowledge in General Business, Public & Media Relation, Strategic Communication, Capital Market & Corporate Law
- Good communication skill in English, both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
