Job Responsibilities

  • Handle HR administration and operational activities at the site.
  • Manage employee attendance data and assist in payroll preparation, including overtime calculations.
  • Support the preparation of periodic HR reports.
  • Assist in recruitment processes for site manpower needs.
  • Help manage employee assets such as laptops, including administration, tracking, and coordination with IT teams or vendors when needed.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs at the site.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship or work experience in HR, HRIS, or payroll is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and overtime calculation is an advantage.
  • Basic IT knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized in administration, and has good analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Fast learner and adaptable.
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, South Kalimantan (site-based).
