Job Responsibilities
Reviewing and monitoring crewing operations, development, and recruitment activities including preparing the placement of manpower crew on ships as well as monitoring and evaluating crew performance to support the company's operational activities so that they can run smoothly and ensure the implementation of crew development goes according to the predetermined program.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major, preferably majoring in Nautical, Technical & Port Shipping Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field of Port Operations and/or Offshore Support Tug industry.
- Having knowledge in Marine, Vessel Management, and HR.
- Having competence in ISM Code, Audit, and Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership and people skills management.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
