Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for recruitment.
- Ensure recruitment is aligned with manpower planning and utilizing both internal and external sourcing and optimizing recruitment channels.
- Conduct and making report of psychological assessments.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Job Requirements
- Master Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Professional Program).
- Have active Surat izin Praktik Psikologi (SIPP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in conducting psychological tests, interviews, and writing psychological reports.
- Strong skills in office administration related to recruitment and selection.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
