Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with all departments regarding long term (5Y) and short term (1Y) objectives and work plan as well as progress achievement.
- Implement and maintain an integrated management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards, and company policies as well as evaluating system performance.
- Support to ensure that all departments understand and adhere to the Innovation Policies, Procedures, Standard Parameter, Guidelines, and systems that implement in Company as well as maintain a centralized repository for all related documents.
- Monitor ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and its determining control as well as developing its database.
- Implement a calendar of events as well as monitoring and making notes on the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to ensure the agreed action plans are implemented and reported in a documented manner.
- Review LTA reports created by each department in terms of language and format to minimize report creation errors.
- Implement the company regulations, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance documents to ensure the conduciveness, safety and quality of work environment in activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major (Management/Industrial Engineering are preferable)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Management System/Continuous Improvement/ PDCA Specialist from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System and Business Improvement
- Have Integrated Management System (IMS) Internal Auditor Certification
- Good time management, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung-Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster)
