Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the four pillars of Health: Promotive, Preventive, Curative, and Rehabilitative.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and workplace measurements effectively.
- Monitor food handling, storage, and preparation processes
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, canteens, and food storage areas
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are applied
- Provide training sessions related to Occupational and Environmental Health practices.
- Develop and organize work programs, schedules, reports, and proper documentation.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with company policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Nutrition, or Nursing.
- Must possess certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment, such as HIMU/HIMA, HACCP, Food Safety, ACLS, BTCLS, STR, or Hiperkes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the IHOH field, preferably from Smelter, Mining or Oil & Gas
- Willing to be placed at the jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with a roster system.
