Job Responsibilities
We are looking for potential individuals who are eager to learn HR practices and contribute to employee administration, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, learning & development while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/ related field with minimum GPA 3.0
- Possess basic understanding of HR function and labour regulations
- Fresh graduates with organizational experience are encouraged to apply
- 3 years of working experience in HR field would be beneficial
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skill
- Eager to learn & able to work in a team
- Willing to travel or be assigned to AlamTri Sites (if required)
