  • Job Responsibilities

      •  

        • Coordinate the compliance of HSE policies and standards for the ATB Operational Site and all Adaro Water WTP Sites.

        • Plan, organize, and implement occupational health and safety programs according to company policy, which is then cascaded into established Goals, Targets, and Programs.

        • Ensure the implementation of operational activities complies with the established occupational health and safety standards.

        • Monitor that the production process runs properly and correctly according to SOP, including Document Control.
  • Job Requirements

        • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related relevant field.

        • Minimum 2 years experience in the same or related position. 

        • Hold relevant HSE certifications as required (e.g., General Occupational H&S Expert, etc).

        • Proven experience in the HSE field.

        • Understanding of applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

        • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

        • Willing to be placed in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
