Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the compliance of HSE policies and standards for the ATB Operational Site and all Adaro Water WTP Sites.
- Plan, organize, and implement occupational health and safety programs according to company policy, which is then cascaded into established Goals, Targets, and Programs.
- Ensure the implementation of operational activities complies with the established occupational health and safety standards.
- Monitor that the production process runs properly and correctly according to SOP, including Document Control.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same or related position.
- Hold relevant HSE certifications as required (e.g., General Occupational H&S Expert, etc).
- Proven experience in the HSE field.
- Understanding of applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
