Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all pump maintenance and repair activities in a designated pumping area, ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams for parts and equipment readiness.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of performed maintenance and repairs.
- Provide technical support to mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve field issues impacting production and machinery.
- Supervise and championed compliance with the company's established Mine Occupational Health and Safety (SMKP) program.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Hold valid POP Certificate.
- A strong team player.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
