  • Job Responsibilities
        • Manage and coordinate all pump maintenance and repair activities in a designated pumping area, ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams for parts and equipment readiness.
        • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of performed maintenance and repairs.
        • Provide technical support to mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve field issues impacting production and machinery.
        • Supervise and championed compliance with the company's established Mine Occupational Health and Safety (SMKP) program.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
        • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
        • Hold valid POP Certificate.
        • A strong team player.
        • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
