Job Responsibilities
- Conduct the recruitment process to fill vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner, ensuring the organization's manpower needs are met.
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with the evaluation results.
- Support payroll and compensation-benefits process to ensure they are accurate and timely.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Psychology, Professional Program would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in office administration related to human resources.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
- Service-oriented mindset and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
