Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct the recruitment process to fill vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner, ensuring the organization's manpower needs are met.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with the evaluation results.
  • Support payroll and  compensation-benefits process to ensure they are accurate and timely.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Psychology, Professional Program would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong skills in office administration related to human resources.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
  • Service-oriented mindset and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
