Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company news and publication materials released to external parties align with the company’s communication strategy.
  • Monitor and control media coverage to support and maintain a positive corporate image.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media at all levels to build positive and sustainable partnerships.
  • Plan and organize media events such as press conferences and media gatherings to strengthen the company’s reputation.
  • Manage stakeholder relations to communicate the company’s vision, mission, strategies, and key issues, ensuring aligned perception and understanding.
  • Oversee internal communication through regular activities such as internal gatherings and newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged with company strategies and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Magister's Degree in Communication, Public Relation, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years experience as Corporate Communication / Corporate Secretary / Public Relation, or related positions (preferably from Public company with integrated business)
  • Strong competencies in Public & Government Relation, Writing & Reporting, Handling Conflict, and Documentation Management.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
